本应用是一款语音日记工具，用户可以通过语音录制个人日记。我们提供以下核心功能：
1. 您可以使用 Apple 账号或 Google 账号登录本应用，也可以跳过登录直接使用。
2. 登录信息仅用于标识您的身份，所有数据存储在您的设备本地。
3. 您有责任保管好自己的设备和账号安全。
使用本应用时，您同意：
1. 您录制的语音内容归您所有。
2. 本应用的软件、界面设计、商标等知识产权归我们所有。
1. 语音转文字功能依赖设备能力，我们不保证转写准确性。
2. 因不可抗力导致的服务中断，我们不承担责任。
3. 因您个人原因（如删除应用、设备损坏等）导致的数据丢失，我们不承担责任。所有数据仅存储在本地，请自行做好备份。
1. 我们保留随时修改或终止服务的权利。
2. 您可以随时停止使用本应用，并通过"设置 > 注销账号"清除所有本地数据。
我们保留修改本协议的权利。修改后的协议将在应用内公布。
本协议的解释和执行适用中华人民共和国法律。

Welcome to YiJu ("the App"). Please read the following terms carefully before using this App.
This App is a voice diary tool. We provide the following core features:
2.1 You may sign in using your Apple ID or Google account, or skip sign-in to use the App directly.
2.2 Sign-in information is only used to identify you. All data is stored locally on your device.
2.3 You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.
When using this App, you agree to:
4.1 You own the voice content you record.
4.2 The software, interface design, trademarks, and other intellectual property of this App belong to us.
5.1 Speech-to-text functionality depends on device capabilities; we do not guarantee transcription accuracy.
5.2 We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure.
5.3 We are not liable for data loss caused by your personal reasons (such as deleting the App or device damage). All data is stored locally — please manage your own backups.
6.1 We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time.
6.2 You may stop using the App at any time and clear all local data via "Settings > Delete Account".
We reserve the right to modify this agreement. Modified agreements will be posted within the App.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
